These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of thecreatornarrative.com and any interaction with The Creator Narrative, a digital marketing agency specialising in Influencer Marketing, operated by Ometehcutli Ventures LLP ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this site or engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be 18+ and legally capable of entering a binding contract in India.

2. NATURE OF THIS SITE

This website serves as an informational and lead-generation platform. All services are formalised only through a written Project Agreement, which governs pricing, deliverables, and terms. No content on this site is a binding offer.

3. BRAND & CREATOR SUBMISSIONS

Filling out a lead form does not guarantee selection, representation, or collaboration.

You confirm that:

The information submitted is accurate and owned by you.
You won't impersonate, misrepresent, or submit misleading info.

Submitted materials (briefs, portfolios, stats, media) may be used solely for internal analysis, strategy drafts, benchmarking, and proposals. No usage rights or ownership transfer occurs unless a contract is signed.

4. NON-CIRCUMVENTION

Any party (brand or creator) introduced by us cannot be directly approached, hired, or contracted for 12 months from the date of first introduction.

Violation may result in a recovery fee of 25% of the estimated project value.

Introductions are timestamped and logged via email, platform forms, or internal CRM. This clause applies whether or not a campaign goes live.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All visuals, text, layout, methods, and documents on the Site belong to The Creator Narrative or are licensed to us. Reproducing, scraping, reverse-engineering, or reusing our assets without consent is prohibited.

6. RESULTS, PERFORMANCE & THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

We do not guarantee:

Sales outcomes
Viral performance
Platform reach

We are not liable for:

Algorithm changes
Account bans
UGC moderation delays

We guarantee delivery of what’s outlined in the Project Agreement — not results outside our control.

7. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Creator Narrative, its team, and partners from claims related to:

Breach of these Terms
IP infringement
Misuse of materials or connections

8. CONFIDENTIALITY

You may not share or reuse our proposals, strategy docs, campaign plans, creator data, or insights without written approval. Likewise, your information is treated as confidential on our end.

9. PAYMENT & SERVICE SCOPE

All pricing is indicative and non-binding until a Project Agreement is signed.

Creator charges, rentals, ad spends, and production costs are billed at actuals.
Delayed payments beyond 7 days may attract a late fee.
Scope creep is not entertained. Only signed deliverables are binding.

10. REFUNDS & TERMINATION

No service is confirmed without signature + payment.
If The Creator Narrative cancels an active contract, unused prepaid funds are refunded proportionally.
No refunds post delivery of agreed scope.

11. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal. Prior to court, both parties agree to attempt mediation or arbitration.
